Cooking Suggestions
Partially thaw before preparation.
Steamed: Tuck ginger and spring onion into the cavity, steam until the flesh is opaque and flaky, then dress with hot soy sauce and fresh shredded spring onion.
Clay pot: Simmer in a rich savoury brown sauce with ginger, garlic and spring onion for deep, layered flavour.
Fillets can also be pan-fried or served sashimi-style. Make sure the fish is fully cooked before serving.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Never refreeze after complete thawing. Seal the packaging tightly to prevent freezer burn, and cook immediately once defrosted.
